Smiths Point will be an innovative development that actively preserves and supports its environment and delivers improved facilities for the whole community, in accordance with the principles of the State Government’s Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge Statement of Planning Policy.

 

Importantly, a sustainable settlement at Smiths Beach will also relieve pressure on other, less developed areas along the Cape to Cape coastline.
