Developers Smiths Point is the vision of Canal Rocks Pty Ltd, an independent developer based in Perth and owned by a group of 18 unit holders made up of Western Australian individuals and families. The company was formed in 1985 when the unit holders decided to purchase the 40ha site at Smiths Beach. For more than 20 years the group has remained committed to creating a world class tourist and residential village at Smiths Beach.
