The documentation addressing how the development will address the impacts on these species was advertised for public comment for four weeks between 5 October 2007 and 2 November 2007.
A total of 36 submissions were made on the proposal, all of which were in favour of the development.
The Commonwealth Department is now assessing the proposal and the submissions with an anticipated decision in August 2008.
